Scope: The corporate office is approximately 7000 s/f of executive offices, two conference rooms and numerous cubical locations as well as a monitored logistics room.

-Large conference room table wired for (2) FSR table box's fitted with power, HDMI, VGA, USB and more for meeting purposes.
-All video connections were integrated with the 75" Sony 4K TV
-A ClearOne Video Conferencing System was installed.
-The conference room is controlled via a Control4 SR260 handheld remote with charging cradle and/or a Control4 portable 10" touch pad.
-VOIP conference phones installed.
Conference Room 2-
-Small conference room which duplicates Conference Room 1 in scope yet on a smaller scale.
-Complete hardwired intrusion solution from Honeywell including fire detection
-Honeywell Card Access Solution with a combination of mag locks, door strikes etc. throughout the entire building.
-Ip Camera system from LUMA in critical areas.
-Middle Atlantic VRK series rack with thermal provisions and meticulous wiring
-Full Pakedge Network including wireless controller, switching and deployment of multiple access points.

Service Area Location Scope-
The key focus for our client and us at this location was safety. This location is in an industrial setting where employee safety is of utmost importance. By providing a robust IP video solution, we are able to help the safety officer and corporate management manage day to day operations. Communication and access between the Service Area Location and Corporate office is a critical element of our system design.
-Retrofit wiring and installation of 36 IP Cameras and multiple NVR's from LUMA
-Wiring and deployment of a multiple access point WIFI network across two separate buildings.
-Installation of Card Access equipment from Honeywell on all key doors across two buildings.
Silver Creek Services, Silver Line Logistics are both oil and gas related companies and run 24/7/365. The office /shop space in Canonsburg was a complete top to bottom wire for phone systems, cameras, security systems, key-less entries, 2 conference rooms (both with wired conference tables, projectors and phone systems )and integration of all systems into a compatible server. This space is where we bring clients and potential clients for meetings and proposals so it had to have top quality teleconferencing equipment as well as fast and consistent wifi for emailing and online meetings. This is also the location where our executives have their offices and all the pertinent information is stored so security had to be of upmost importance. We now have off site access to the security system and camera's at both locations 24/7. The Belle Vernon space is where all equipment, tools and trucks are kept, re-certified, tested and sent out on jobs. These facilities hold millions of dollars worth of assets so once again security and 24/7 access is a must. The oil /gas industry isn't a 9-5 Mon-Fri industry. The key-less /fob entry and security cameras allow us to monitor who comes and goes from both facilities. Probably the most crucial part of all of this was giving us the ability to communicate to and from each facility smoothly and with out the use of dropbox/email, etc. with the integration of both facilities into servers that communicate to each other. This ability also makes providing a service to a vendor a quicker process with up to date and available 24 hour inventory not only to the equipment itself but the documents necessary to provide that equipment in a expedited fashion. The staff of Simply Automated worked promptly to get us up and running within the very short time frame they were given. They are all very helpful, respectful and highly intelligent workers. The work they do is immaculate and clean. They are eager to assist and have on many occasions fixed issues that were not related to their systems at all just to be of help.
